一、 计算环境
竞赛基于北京超级云计算中心A分区平台,每个节点具有2颗32核AMD EPYC 7452 @ 2.35GHz CPU组成,单节点64核,256 GB内存,每个队伍最多使用2个节点共128核资源,节点间通过56 Gb Infiniband高速网互联。
北京超级云计算中心成立于2011年,由北京市人民政府与中国科学院依托中国科学院计算机网络信息中心建设。在2021年11月发布的中国高性能计算机性能TOP100排行榜中位居同构众核CPU性能第一名。
二、 应用优化赛道
1. 赛题内容:能源气象、流体、图像动画、生物信息等各领域,具体行业不限。
2. 参赛专业:信息与计算科学、数学与应用数学、信息管理与信息系统、计算机科学与技术等
3. 基础知识:数据结构、操作系统原理、计算机网络、多机编程、C/C++、Fortran等
4. 竞赛任务:算法创新、并行编程、访存优化、通信优化等
三、 赛程赛制

1. 报名组队:即日起至7月15日

(3) 报名与组队规则
√本项赛事不设报名费。选手以参赛队为基本单元参与竞赛全程,支持本国/地区跨校/单位组队。
√每支参赛队包含1-4名选手,每支队伍指定至少一名指导老师。
√参赛选手只能加入1支队伍,专业学历不限。指导老师可指导多支队伍。
√中国(大陆)赛区本队所有成员(含指导老师)通过官网注册并完善个人信息,选择参与的赛事及赛道后,队长创建队伍,通过注册手机号邀请本队所有成员即可成功组建队伍。
√中国(大陆)赛区高校队伍(即含在读学生),指导老师加入后,视为报名成功。企业队伍(即不含任何在读学生)创建队伍成功后即可。
√中国(港澳台)、海外参赛队需填写报名表,队伍收到组委会指定队伍编号后视为报名成功。
√报名截止后,所有参赛队无法更换、增加参赛成员及指导老师。
(竞赛官网的参赛报名、选手个人主页及参赛队管理功能暂不对中国港澳台、海外队伍开放。此类功能将在后续开发中不断完善,敬请谅解)
2. 机时申请:即日起至7月15日

(3) 申请说明:每位报名选手可申请一个账号,通过指定方式提交赛事/参赛队编号、姓名、手机号、邮箱、学校及专业即可,组委会统一配3000核时/人。竞赛期间,如需申请增加核时或未收到试算平台账号,可联系组委会处理。
(4) 申请的账号请注意保密,禁止售卖、租赁或者用于开展其他任何盈利性活动。
3. 赛题发布与参赛作品提交
(1) 初赛计划:任务发布-7月;作品提交-8月中旬
(2) 总决赛计划:任务发布-8月中旬;作品提交-9月中旬
(3) 所有相关赛题由大赛合作方命题,经专家组审核通过后发布。主要内容包括:竞赛说明、赛题、程序、竞赛形式及评分规则、方案模板等。
4. 初赛与总决赛晋级名单公示:预计8月中旬
(1) 初赛由组委会组织评审会进行,由专家组针对参赛队提交技术报告及讲解录音打分。
(2) 所有赛区参赛队统一评奖。经初赛选拔后,评分前15-20的队伍晋级总决赛。
(3) 所有具备参赛资格的队伍名单将在竞赛官网及合作媒体平台发布,接受社会监督。
5. 总决赛:预计9月中下旬
(1) 分为上机及答辩两个环节,中国赛区队伍需线下、中国港澳台及海外队伍线上参与竞赛全程(注意:具体决赛形式及组委会支持方案将在决赛前30天另行告知)。
(2) 具体评分规则将于决赛赛题发布时通知。
四、 奖项设置
1. 初赛设(团队)一、二、三等奖,优胜奖。提交完整初赛参赛作品的队伍具备评奖资格。
2. 总决赛设(团队)一等奖1名(税前奖金¥100000/队)、二等奖2名(税前奖金¥30000/队)、三等奖5名(税前奖金¥10000/队)、企业基金奖2名(税前奖金¥5000/队)。以上奖项根据最终得分排名依次评选,如遇相同分数,将由专家组商议处理办法。(说明:奖金结算以参赛队所在国家/地区货币进行,按结算当日汇率)
3. 设优秀指导教师奖,由总决赛一、二等奖参赛队指导老师获得。
4. 所有奖项由组委会颁发获奖证书,可通过官方渠道验证。获奖队伍名单将在大赛官方平台及媒体公示,并接受社会监督。

1. Computing environment
The competition is based on the A-partition platform of Beijing Super Cloud Computing Center. Each node consists of 2 32-core AMD EPYC 7452 @ 2.35GHz CPUs. And a single node has 64 cores, and 256GB of memory. Each team can use up to 2 nodes with a total of 128 core resources. The nodes are interconnected via 56 Gb InfiniBand high-speed internet.
The Beijing Super Cloud Computing Center was established in 2011 by the Beijing Municipal People's Government and the Chinese Academy of Sciences relying on the Computer Network Information Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It ranks first in the performance of isomorphic many-core CPUs in China's high-performance computer performance TOP100 list released in November 2021.
2. The application optimization contest
1) Subjects: energy meteorology, fluids, image animation, bioinformatics and other fields, and the industry is not limited.
2) Majors: Information and Computing Science, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, Information Management and Information System, Computer Science and Technology, etc.
3) Basic knowledge: data structure, operating system principle, computer network, multi-computer programming, C/C++, Fortran, etc.
4) Contest tasks: algorithm innovation, parallel programming, memory access optimization, communication optimization, etc.
3. The schedule and system of the competition

1) Team registration: from now until July 15

c) Registration rules
√ There is no registration fee for this event. Contestants participate in the entire competition in teams. Cross-school/organization/nation teams are acceptable.
√ Each team contains 1-4 players. It is recommended that each team appoints at least one instructor.
√ Participants can only join one team, and there is no limit to majors or professional education levels. One instructor can guide multiple teams.
√ All team members (including instructors) from China need to register and complete personal information on the official website, submit it before the registration deadline, and select the contest and track. The team leader can organize a team by inviting team members via registered phone numbers.
√ For college teams (including current students) from the mainland China, the registration is considered successful only after the instructor joins in the team. For corporate teams (without students), the registration is considered successful once the team is established.
√ For teams from Hong Kong, China, Macau, China, Chinese Taipei and foreign areas, the registration is considered successful when they receive the team number designated by the organizing committee.
√ After the registration deadline, no team can change or add team members or instructors.

c) Application instructions: Each participant can apply for one account by submitting your team number, name, mobile phone number, email address, school name and major to the above mailbox. 3000 core hours will be allocated to each participant. During the competition, if you need to apply for additional core hours or you have not received the trial calculation platform account, you can contact the organizing committee.
d) Please pay attention to the confidentiality of the account you have applied for, and it is prohibited to sell, lease or use it to carry out any other profitable activities.
3) Issue of subjects and submission of entries
a) Preliminary tasks are released in July and submission of entries is up to mid-August.
b) Finals tasks are released in August and submission of entries is up to min-September.
c) All the contest tasks will be propositioned by the partner companies of the competition, and will be released after being reviewed and approved by the expert group. The contest task includes: contest description, contest subjects, procedures, contest format and scoring rules, scheme templates, etc.
4) Announcement of the finalists: middle August
a) The preliminary contest is conducted by the organizing committee in the manner of review meeting. The expert group shall give the scores according to the technical report and explanation record submitted by the teams.
b) After the preliminary selection, the top 15-20 teams will advance to the finals.
c) The list of all qualified teams will be published on the official website of the competition and cooperative media platforms, and will be subject to social supervision.
5) Finals: expected on September
a) It is divided into two sessions: computer practice and defense. Teams from Chinese mainland need to participate in the entire competition offline, while teams from Hong Kong, China, Macau, China, Chinese Taipei and foreign regions participate in the whole competition online. (Note: the specific final format and competition plan will be notified 30 days before the final).
b) The scoring rules will be notified when the final subjects are released.
4. Awards
1) The preliminary contest has (team) first prize, second prize, third prize, and winning prize. The team that submits the complete preliminary contest entry will be eligible for the award.
2) The final has 1 first prize (pre-tax bonus ¥100000/team), 2 second prizes (pre-tax bonus ¥30000/team), and 5 third prizes (pre-tax bonus ¥10000/team), and 2 corporate fund awards (pre-tax bonus ¥5000/team). The above awards are selected according to the final score ranking. In the event of the same score, the expert group will discuss the handling method.
(Note: The settlement of bonuses will be done in the currency of the country/region where the team is located, at the exchange rate on the day of settlement)
3) There will be an excellent instructor award, which will be won by the instructors of the first and second prize teams in the finals.
4) All awards will be issued by the organizing committee and can be verified through the official website or official channels. The list of winning teams will be announced on the official platform of the competition and the media, and will be subject to social supervision.
